Download files with file name

Could there be a way to have files download with the given file name (when uploaded; i.e. John D.) instead of the series of numbers and letters (i.e. 25673ndjhkhiudh736837)?

There needs to be a way for the PDF documents (Session notes) to auto save progress if there is an interruption (e.g. lost signal, etc.)

Ability to manually mark invoices as paid in full

We send invoices to a school district and they pay by check (not via portal) but I see no option to manually mark it as paid in full. I only see print, void and download in the Actions drop down.
