Can you add in an other language checkbox/text box, to add in additional languages? And/or add Creole as a language spoken?

Login timeout

I would love to be able to stay logged in for a longer period of time or have an option to choose how long I would like to be signed in for. Constantly having to sign back in after a short amount a time is tedious and a nuisance.

Allow families to pay their invoices through the portal via credit card

Exclusion Filters/Labels

It would be nice to have the ability to use filters to exclude certain criteria from search. This would allow us to filter by one label but remove certain entries that we do not want to include in our search.
