Since we will have our DSPs converting their own sessions, I think it would be helpful if they only had access to the billing codes they will actually be using. EX. "late client arrival", "cancelled session", 'Late staff" etc. I think it will make things less confusing for the DSPs and hopefully decrease the likelihood of errors.
Yes, this can be set up under the billing code settings by selecting enforce provider rate. From there you'd list which staff can use each code. Thank you, CentralReach Team
