If I have a contact form for incoming new RBTs, I would like to program it in the contact form so that any employee that comes in via that form goes into my RBT permission group.
I get that but what if I have multiple contact forms, each being different, based on job title?
Currently every employee that enters the system gets put into the "default employee" permission group. This default CAN be changed to any other permission group by going to Permissions > choose Group > Edit > Make Default Employee Group. So if you have the bulk of your employees as RBTs, you can make that permission group the default, then adjust all others employees.
This would be a great idea and a time saver if CR could automatically do this....
