Our therapists have varying schedules where each day is different from the next, but each week is the same. It would be helpful if, when I put their availability in, it would show me how many hours I have them scheduled for. Right now, I use an excel sheet, but it's a hassle to type everything in separately for each person every time I change it.
That's right. The scheduled hours are totaled, but the availability is not. That would be a great tool!

This does not exist- it only tracks if you have made an actual appointment, it does NOT show the templated hours of availability.

there is a drop down option in the corner of the calendar that shows you how many hours they are schedules for. Its the upper right corner that says how many appointments are in their schedule. if you click the drop down it will show how many hours you have scheduled for that week.

Please also have an option that lets you minus 30 minutes (or let you choose the length) for lunch on each day.
