Change default privacy setting for activity/call log

Right now any additions to the call/activity log are automatically set to "me only" privacy. This is great for security reasons, but employees often forget to change this setting and we are unable to view notes on the chart. It would be nice if each org had a setting to choose what they wanted the default to be. We would like the default to be "me and my coworkers"
