Timestamp on signatures

It would be extremely beneficial to have a timestamp attached to signatures in files, notes, and forms.  This would allow multiple signers to sign a single document with a record of when the document was signed.  We have several insurance payors that require multiple signers, as well as documents for parents and providers to sign.

This would be great, as this is becoming a requirement by one of our contracted insurance companies.

Thank you for the idea Sara =)

This has been implemented. You should see a timestamp on all note signatures both in the note editor and on the note download/preview.

Can these time stamps on the forms be exported based on the timesheet id?  Can the provider signatures that are being tracked in the actual timesheet be loaded onto a note?
