Currently when requesting time off it just asks how many hours. It is more beneficial to see the exact times the employee is trying to request off so we know which part of the day it is effecting.

i.e. Instead of putting 2 hrs (current way), you would put 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm. So when I go in to approve the request I know which client it is going to effect.
