Ability to print a schedule NOT as an agenda

- Date selection that allows you to pick a custom start and end date to print

- Ability to print a weekly calendar, where it prints just as we see it in the WEEK view (with the boxes indicating the length of each session)

    This feature already exists.  Select the 'Print to PDF' option and then you will see the following options for layout:
