Bringing cancellations to an invoice like statement that can be shared with clients (WITHOUT creating timesheets)

Feature request to bring schedule cancellations (user clicking on an appt > clicking Cancel and then selecting cancellation reason) onto some sort of a report/invoice/activity statement, WITHOUT having to go the extra step to convert it into a timesheet.
