Can we have the auth page update in real time to minimize going over authorized limits?
Please!!!!! Why does it takes hours to update? And, the refresh button does nothing.
Yes! have you also noticed that if you update the billing units on the billing screen it won't put those units back to the auth. In our case I scrub claims on the back end and always end up correcting units for billing.
What does “shipped” mean is it being fixed now?
